تغییرات در سطوح امنتین-1،CRP و استقامت قلبی تنفسی متعاقب مداخلات ورزشی در زنان چاق ودارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

چکیده:هدف: هدف کلی این پژوهش بررسی اثرات دو شیوه تمرین هوازی و مقاومتی روی سطوح امنتین-1، پروتئین واکنشگر-C و استقامت قلبی تنفسی زنان چاق و دارای اضافه وزن بود. روش شناسی: تعداد22 زن داوطلب غیرفعال چاق و دارای اضافه وزن به شکل تصادفی در دو گروه تمرین هوازی (سن 7/76±64/40سال، نمایه توده بدنی36/5±61/29 کیلوگرم/مترمربع و درصد چربی98/2±31/27)و تمرین مقاومتی ( سن82/6±91/40سال، نمایه توده بدنی77/4±16/31 کیلوگرم/مترمربع و درصد چربی 99/2±94/26) تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرینات هوازی شامل دویدن/ راه رفتن به مدت60-30 دقیقه و تمرینات مقاومتی شامل تمرینات باوزنه با شدت 1RM75% به مدت هشت هفته وسه جلسه درهفته بود. نمونه گیری خون قبل مداخلات و24ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین درحالت ناشتا گرفته شد. نتایج : پس از 8 هفته تمرین غلظت پلاسمایی امنتین-1در هر دو گروه مقاومتی و هوازی افزایش، سطوح پروتئین واکنشگر-C در هر دو گروه کاهش، و میزان استقامت قلبی تنفسی آزمودنی ها افزایش نشان داد، اما در هر سه متغیر مورد اندازه گیری تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه مشاهده نگردید(05/0P≥). بحث و نتیجه گیری:  نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که تغییرات معنی داری بین سطوح پلاسمایی امنتین-1، پروتئین واکنشگر-C  و استقامت قلبی تنفسی زنان چاق و دارای اضافه وزن در نتیجه اجرای تمرینات تمرین هوازی و مقاومتی وجود مشاهده نگردید، و مداخلات ورزشی کوتاه مدت 8 هفته ای اثرات یکسانی روی این شاخص های متابولیکی دارند.

Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of two methods of aerobic and resistance exercises on plasma levels of omentin-1, CRP and cardiovascular endurance of obese and overweight women. Methods: A number of 22 obese and overweight inactive female volunteered to participate in this study and randomly assign in two groups of aerobic (Mean age: 40.64±7.76y, BMI 30.40±4.94 kg/m2, body fat percent 27.31±2.98%) and resistance exercises (Mean age: 40.91±6.82y, BMI 31.69±4.81 kg/ m2, body fat percent 26.94±2.99%) respectively. Aerobic training program include jogging and running activities with 55- 65% HRmax for 30 minutes &3 sessions per week, and increased 5 min weekly up to 55 -60 minutes and %75 HRmax. Resistance exercises include a weight training program with %75 1RM for 3 sets. The trainings were performed three times a week for eight weeks. Blood samples were collected before interventions and 24 hours after the last training session in a fasting conditions. Data were analyzed by ANCOVA test, (p≤0.05). Results: The results showed that after eight weeks of exercise interventions, with regard to the inflammatory markers, non-statistically significant reduction was found for C-reactive protein, and also non-statistically significant increases were found in Omentin-1& cardiorespiratory endurance of both groups. Conclusions: The outcomes of the present study characterized the dynamic of plasma omentin-1& CRP levels during two types of aerobic and resistance exercises, and revealed that, short term exercise interventions have similar effects on this metabolic indexes.
