مقایسه تاثیر 8 هفته فعالیت تناوبی با شدت بالا و تداومی بر سطح پایه بیان پی سلکتین و شاخص‌های پلاکتی در بیماران قلبی- عروقی

چکیده

هدف: پلاکت‌ها نقش مهمی را در علت شناسی بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی بازی می‌کنند. هدف از این تحقیق مقایسه تاثیر 8 هفته فعالیت تناوبی با شدت بالا و تداومی بر سطح پایه بیان پی سلکتین و شاخص‌های پلاکتی در بیماران قلبی-عروقی بود. روش شناسی:  به همین منظور تعداد 30 بیمار قلبی CABG و PCI به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب و در سه گروه 10 نفره کنترل، تمرین تداومی و تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌های دو گروه تمرین به مدت 8 هفته و هفته ای سه جلسه تمرین ورزشی داشتند. زمان هر جلسه 40 دقیقه بود که فعالیت تناوبی شامل گرم کردن، 8 تکرار 4 دقیقه‌ای فعالیت (2 دقیقه فعالیت باشدت 90  درصد و 2 دقیقه استراحت فعال با شدت 30 درصد) و سرد کردن بود تمرین تداومی شامل 30 دقیقه فعالیت با شدت 60 درصد اوج اکسیژن مصرفی بود. گروه کنترل طی دوره تمرین هیچگونه فعالیت ورزشی نداشتند. نمونه‌های خونی قبل و بعد از هشت هفته گرفته شده و برای اندازه گیری پی سلکتین  به روش فلوسیتومتری و شاخص‌های پلاکتی آنالیز شد. از تحلیل واریانس مکرر با عامل بین گروهی و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه برای تحلیل آماری داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد بین تغییرات پی سلکتین در سه گروه تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود دارد (013/0=P). با مراجعه به آزمون تعقیبی بانفرونی مشاهده شد که بین تغییرات قبل و بعد از دروه تمرینی گروه کنترل و تمرین تناوبی تفاوت معتی داری وجود دارد (011/0=P). اما تغییرات شاخص‌های پلاکتی در سه گروه تفاوت معنی داری نشان نداد (05/0P>). بحث و نتیجه گیری:  براساس یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گیری نمود که هشت هفته فعالیت ورزشی منجر به کاهش پی سلکتین می‌شود که این کاهش تحت تاثیر نوع فعالیت می‌باشد و با توجه به تاثیر بیشتر تمرین تناوبی در مقایسه با تمرین تداومی در بیماران قلبی-عروقی، می‌توان از تمرینات تناوبی نیز در برنامه بازتوانی این بیماران استفاده کرد.
