تأثیر دو نوشیدنی انرژی‌زای متفاوت بر توان بی‌هوازی و شاخص خستگی نوجوانان فوتبالیست

چکیده

هدف: مصرف نوشیدنی‌های ورزشی در میان ورزشکاران شایع است و برای بهبود عملکرد ورزشی استفاده می‌شوند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر دو نوشیدنی انرژی‌زای هایپ و بیگ‌بیر بر شاخصه‌های بی‌هوازی نوجوانان فوتبالیست بود. روش‌تحقیق: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه­تجربی بود. بدین منظور 12 فوتبالیست پسر با میانگین و انحراف استاندارد سن 65/0 ± 67/16 سال، قد 87/5 ± 33/167 سانتی­متر، وزن 70/9 ± 84/61 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدنی 82/2 ±17/22 که 2 سال سابقه تمرین و مسابقه در رشته ورزشی فوتبال داشتند، به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و  پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه تندرستی و فعالیت بدنی در محل آکادمی ملی المپیک حاضر شدند. آزمودنی‌ها در سه هفته متوالی و در یک طرح تحقیقی متقاطع، بعد از مصرف وعده صبحانه استاندارد، مقدار 6 میلی لیتر به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن یکی از سه نوشیدنی بیگ‌بیر، هایپ یا دارونما(پودر ویتامین  Cو سدیم ساخارین) را مصرف کردند. پس از 5 دقیقه گرم کردن با الگوی یکنواخت، آزمون رست به منظور تعیین توان بی‌هوازی اوج، توان بی‌هوازی متوسط و شاخص خستگی از کلیه آزمودنی‌ها  گرفته شد، برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون آنوای یک راهه با اندازه­گیری‌های مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی LSD در سطح معنی داری 05/0>α استفاده شد. یافته­ها: داده‌های مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان داد بین توان بی‌هوازی اوج (31/0=p)، متوسط توان بی‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هوازی (22/0=p) و شاخص خستگی(81/0=p) در 3 مرحله مصرف مکمل یا دارونما تفاوتی مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج تحقیق، به نظرمی‌رسد مصرف نوشیدنی‌های انرژی‌زای هایپ و بیگ بیر نمی‌تواند موجب بهبود شاخصه‌های  توان‌های بی‌هوازی و کاهش خستگی نوجوانان فوتبالیست شوند.
