چکیده


چكيده
هدف: هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي اثر يك دوره تمرين استقامتي بر كلاژن 18 پلاسمايي و عضله قلبي موشهاي نر ويستار بود.
و تمرين (C) 135 گرم) به طور تصادفي به دو گروه كنترل - 6 هفتهاي و 125 - روش شناسي: 16 سر موش صحرايي نر ويستار ( 4
تقسيم شدند. برنامه تمريني شامل 8 هفته، 5 روز در هفته، به مدت 20 تا 60 دقيقه و سرعت 28 تا 34 متر در دقيقه بود. (T)
72 ساعت پس از آخرين جلسه تمريني نمونهگيري خون و بافت برداري انجام شد. مقدار كلاژن 18 به روش الايزا اندازهگيري شد.
تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج: مقدار كلاژن 18 پلاسمايي α<0/ مستقل در سطح معنيداري 05 t دادهها با استفاده از
پس از هشت هفته فعاليت (T=40/476±11/933 ،C=20/080±3/ و عضله قلبي ( 169 (T=0/839±0/079 ،C=0/721±0/142)
بحث و نتيجهگيري: افزايش كلاژن .( P=0/ ورزشي افزايش داشت، ولي اين افزايش فقط در سطح عضله قلبي معنيدار بود ( 046
18 احتمالاً نشان دهنده تأثير فعاليتهاي ورزشي بر مهار رگزايي بوده و گواه ديگري بر اثرات ضد سرطاني فعاليتهاي ورزشي
ميباشد.
