اثر دو هفته تی پر بر سطوح هورمون رشد و کورتیزول پلاسمای خون و عملکرد شناگران زن

چکیده

هدف : هدف از اجرای تحقیق حاضر، بررسی اثر دو هفته تی پر بر سطح هورمون رشد و کورتیزول خون و عملکرد شناگران زن شهر اراک بود. روش شناسی: در این تحقیق تعداد 30 آزمودنی 12 هفته تحت برنامه تمرینی بیشینه در آب و خشکی قرار گرفتند، سپس به طور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (15n=) و آزمایشی (15n=) تقسیم شدند، گروه کنترل با همان رویه سابق به تمرین ادامه دادند و گروه آزمایشی دوره تی پر 2 هفته‌ای را گذراندند. در طول دوره تی‌پر شدت تمرین ثابت ماند اما حجم تمرین کاهش پیدا کرد. در ابتدای دوره تمرین، قبل و پس از اجرای دوره تی‌پر، آزمون سنجش بیشینه اکسیژن مصرفی، خونگیری به منظور ثبت تغییرات هورمونی(کورتیزول و هورمون رشد) در اثر دوره تی‌پر و تست گیری از عملکرد( 50 و 100 متر) همه نمونه‌ها انجام گرفت.جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های حاصل، از آزمون آماریt همبسته و مستقل در سطح معناداری (05/0P
