اثر12 هفته تمرین هوازی بر غلظت گرلین و هورمون‌های انسولین، رشد و کورتیزول پلاسمایی و رابطه بین آنها در موش‌های نر

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش تعیین تغییرات گرلین پلاسما به دنبال12 هفته تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط در موش‌های نر صحرایی و همچنین بررسی ارتباط بین تغییرات گرلین تام پلاسما با تغییرات هورمون‌های انسولین، رشد وکورتیزول بود. روش‌ها: برای انجام این تحقیق تعداد 20 سر موش به دو گروه کنترل(9=n) و تمرین(11=n) تقسیم شدند. موش‌های گروه تمرین به مدت 12 هفته، یک برنامه تمرین استقامتی با شدت متوسط دویدن روی نوارگردان بدون شیب (به مدت 60 دقیقه با سرعتm/min 25 معادل Vo2max%65 برای 5 جلسه در هفته) را اجرا نمودند. بعد از اتمام دوره تمرین و به فاصله 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین نمونه‌های خون جمع آوری شد و برای اندازه‌گیری گرلین، گلوکز، انسولین، هورمون رشد و کورتیزول تحلیل شدند. داده-های دو گروه با استفاده از t مستقل مقایسه شدند. نتایج: سطوح گرلین پلاسما در گروه کنترل 85/25±68/86 پیکوگرم بر میلی‌لیتر بود.این مقدار درگروه تمرین به مقدار41/5±72/59 پیکوگرم بر میلی‌لیتر کاهش داشت و از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود (0001/0>P و 9/6 = t). با این حال، 12 هفته تمرین استقامتی تاثیر معنی‌داری بر وزن موش‌ها (80/0=p ،258/ 0=t) سطوح گلوکز(262/0=p ،15/1=t)، انسولین(1/0=p , 73/1=t) و هورمون رشد(97/0=p ,75/1- =t) وکورتیزول (084/0=p,82/1- =t) نداشت .نتایج ضریب همبستگی نیز ارتباط معنی داری را بین گرلین وگلوکز، انسولین، هورمون رشد وکورتیزول نشان نداد (05/0p>). بحث و نتیجه‌گیری : نتیجه پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که 12 هفته دویدن بر روی نوارگردان با شدت متوسط منجر به کاهش معنی‌دار سطوح پلاسمایی گرلین در موش‌های نر صحرایی شد و تاثیر معنی‌داری بر سطوح متغیرهای دیگر و رابطه بین آنها نشان نداد. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت تغییرات گرلین می‌تواند تابعی از عوامل دیگر مانند مدت و شدت تمرین و ناشتایی همراه با کاهش معنی‌دار وزن باشد و نیز تغییرات گرلین و هورمون رشد را می‌توان مستقل از هم دانست.
