تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح سرمی استرادیول، گلوبولین متصل شونده به هورمون جنسی و ترکیب بدن در زنان پیش یائسه دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

هدف: از بین هورمون های مهم جنسی که تغییرات در غلظت آنها با پاتوژنز بیماری های مختلف مرتبط است، می توان به
گلوبولین متصل شونده به هورمون جنسی ) SHBG ( و استرادیول اشاره کرد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته
تمرین مقاومتی منتخب بر سطوح سرمی استرادیول، SHBG و ترکیب بدن در زنان پیش یائسه دارای اضافه وزن بود.
روشها: بیست زن پیش یائسه دارای اضافه وزن، به دو گروه تجربی )میانگین سنی 11 / 2± 3/ 44 سال( و کنترل )میانگین
سنی 37 / 3± 5/ 42 سال( تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت هشت هفته، هر هفته سه جلسه، تمرینات ورزشی مقاومتی با
تراباند را انجام دادند. تمرینات مقاومتی شامل 16 حرکت برای بالاتنه، تنه و پایین تنه بود. هر حرکت با 10 تکرار، 3 نوبت
و 2 دقیقه استراحت بین نوبت ها و یک دقیقه استراحت بین حرکات اجرا شد. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین،
نمونههای خونی جمع آوری و سطوح متغیرهای مورد نظر ) SHBG و استرادیول( به روش الایزا اندازه گیری شد. داده ها با
آزمون آنالیز کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان دهنده آن است که افزایش SHBG و کاهش درصد چربی بدن در گروه تمرین معنادار، ولی
تغییرات سطوح سرمی استرادیول گروه ها از نظر آماری فاقد معنا است.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافتهها به نظر می رسد که انواع مختلف تمرینات ورزشی، نقش مهمی در تعدیل سطوح
هورمون های جنسی ایفا می کنند. بر مبنای نتایج این پژوهش، احتمالاً تمرینات مقاومتی با تراباند اثرات مثبتی بر تعدیل
سطوح هورمون-های جنسی زنان دارای اضافه وزن دارد.

Purpose: Among the most important sex hormones that changes in their levels are related to different diseases pathogenesis can mentioned to sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) and estradiol. Therefore, the aim of present study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks’ selected resistance training on serum levels of estradiol, sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) and body composition in overweight premenopausal women.
Methods: Twenty premenopausal women assigned in two experiment (mean age 44.3±2.11 years) and control (mean age 42.3±5.37 years) groups. Experiment group performed resistance training for eight weeks, three sessions in week by using Thera band. resistance exercise consist of 16 movements for upper body, trunk and lower body. Each movement performed with 10 repetitions, 3 set and two-minute interval rest between sets and one minute’s rest between exercises. 48 hours after the last exercise session, blood samples collected and desired variables (SHBG and estradiol) were measured by Elisa method. Data analyzed by analyze covariance test.
Results: Increase the SHBG and decrease of body fat percent were significant in training group. But, changes in serum levels of estradiol wasn’t significant statistically.
Conclusion: Different type of exercise training play important role in modulation of sex hormones levels. According to present study results, probably resistance training with Thera band have positive effects on modulate of sex hormones levels in women with overweight.
