تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی بر نسبت هورمون رشد به عامل رشد شبه انسولین یک سرم زنان سالمند

چکیده

هدف: امروزه استفاده از الگوهای متفاوت تمرین بویژه تمرینات ترکیبی در بین سالمندان متداول است. تاثیر تمرینات ورزش ترکیبی بر سطوح هورمون ها و عوامل رشدی سالمندان مورد بررسی چندانی قرار نگرفته است. هدف تحقیق حاضر تاثیر 8 هفته تمرین ترکیبی بر سطوح هورمون رشد، IGF-1 و نسبت GH به IGF-1 سرمی زنان سالمند بود. روش تحقیق: در این تحقیق نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون، تعداد 21 نفر از زنان سالمند 70- 55 سال انتخاب و بطور تصادفی ساده در دو گروه تمرین ترکیبی (12n=) و کنترل (9n=) تقسیم شدند. برنامه­ تمرینی به مدت 8 هفته و 3 روز در هفته انجام شد. از آزمون تی وابسته جهت تغییرات درون گروهی و از آزمون تی مستقل جهت بررسی اختلاف بین دو گروه استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد مقدار GH، IGF-1 و نسبت GH/IGF-1 پس از تمرین ترکیبی تغییر معنی­داری نیافت (05/0 ≤p ). وزن (005/0=p)، شاخص توده بدنی (005/0=p) و درصد چربی بدن (001/0=)p، پس از 8 هفته تمرین ترکیبی کاهش معنی­داری یافت. افزایش معنی­داری در میزان VO2max مشاهده شد (024/0=p ).  نتیجه‌گیری: در این تحقیق به واسطه انجام 8 هفته تمرین ترکیبی نسبت GH/IGF-1 اندکی افزایش داشت، هرچند معنی­دار نبود. ممکن است انجام این تمرین در طولانی مدت منجر به تغییر GH و IGF-1 گردد. با توجه به بهبود ترکیب بدنی  و توان هوازی، ممکن است انجام این تمرین در طولانی مدت بر نحوه عملکرد دستگاه قلبی عروقی اثر مفیدی داشته باشد و از بروز بیماری آتروسکلروزیس جلوگیری نماید.
