اثر تمرین استقامتی و مکمل سازی عصاره آبی بذر شنبلیله بر آنتی اکسیدان های پلاسما در رت های دیابتی شده نر
هدف: از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر تمرین استقامتی و مکمل سازی عصاره آبی بذر شنبلیله (AEFS) بر سوپراکسیداز دیسموتاز (SOD) و کاتالاز (CAT) در موشهای دیابتی شده نر بود. روش شناسی: 80 سر موش نر پس از دیابتی شدن به روش تزریق درون سفاقی در شرایط استاندارد 12 ساعت نور و 12 ساعت تاریکی همراه با آب و غذای یکسان به 8 گروه: تمرین استقامتی (ET)، تمرین استقامتی و دوز g/kg87/0 از عصاره شنبلیله (ET-F1)، تمرین استقامتی و دوز g/kg74/1 از عصاره شنبلیله (ET-F2)، دوز شنبلیله g/kg87/0 (F1)، دوز شنبلیله g/kg74/1 (F2)، گلی بن کلامید (G)، گلی بن کلامید و تمرین استقامتی (ET-G) و کنترل دیابت (CD) تقسیم شدند. تمرینات استقامتی شامل شنا در تانکر به مدت 8 هفته و 5 جلسه یک ساعتی در هفته بود. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین، نمونههای خون از قلب حیوان گرفته شده و برای اندازه گیری سوپر اکسیداز دیسموتاز (SOD) و کاتالاز (CAT) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج: تحلیل واریانس یک راهه نشان داد یک دوره مصرف شنبلیله بدون فعالیت بدنی (F1 و F2) نیز موجب افزایش سوپراکسیداز دیسموتاز گروه F1 در مقایسه با گروه CD (001/0 >P ) و نه F2 (05/0 >P ) میگردد، اما میزان افزایشCAT و SOD در موشهای دیابتی که دوزهای g/kg87/0 و g/kg74/1 شنبلیله مصرف کرده بودند متفاوت نبود. ترکیب تمرین شنا و شنبلیله در دوزهای مختلف باعث افزایش معنادار و خیلی بیشتری در فعالیت آنزیمهای SOD و CAT شد (05/0 >P ). نتیجه گیری: در کل نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد تمرین شنا و مکمل دهی شنبلیله در موشهای دیابتی نر هر یک به صورت جداگانه ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی را بهبود میبخشند، اما در صورتی که تمرین شنا و مصرف عصاره آبی شنبلیله همزمان باشد این دو اثر هم افزایی داشته و اثرات تقویت کننده سیستم آنتی اکسیدانی بیشتر.

تاثیر 6 هفته تمرین هوازی بر سطوح اینترلوکین 10 و نیمرخ لیپیدی در زنان چاق
هـدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر 6 هفته تمرین هوازی بر تغییرات سطح اینترلوکین 10 سرم و نیمرخ لیپیدی در زنان چاق غیرفعال بود. روششناسی: 31 زن چاق (کیلوگرم بر متر مربع 2/5± 45/32 = نمایه توده بدنی) سالم و غیرفعـال با میانگین سن 3/6±51/42 سال، به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی (17 نفر)، و گروه کنترل (14 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامه تمرین هوازی شامل سه جلسه 75 دقیقه ای در طول هفته برای مدت شش هفته اجرا گردید. شدت اجرای تمرینات ورزشی در دامنه 55 تا 70 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه قرار داشت. 24 ساعت پیش از شروع دوره تمرینی و 48 ساعت پس از 6 هفته تمرین هوازی، از همه آزمودنیها خونگیری در حالت ناشتا به عمل آمد. همچنین، جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون آنالیز واریانس با اندازهگیری تکراری استفاده شد (05/0 ≥ P). نتایج : نتایج نشان داد که 6 هفته تمرین هوازی باعث افزایش معناداری در سطح اینترلوکین 10 سرم (07/0=p )و لیپو پروتئین پرچگال گردید(006/0=p )، همچنین وزن، شاخص توده بدنی، درصـد چـربی بدن آزمودنیها نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معنیداری نشان داد(05/0 ≥ P). هرچند، سطوح تری گلیسرید، کلسترول توتال و لیپوپروتئین کم چگال تغییر معنیداری نیافت (05/0 > P). بحث و نتیجه گیری : تمرینات ورزشی هوازی میتواند وضعیت ضد التهابی و نیمرخ لیپیدی را در زنان چاق بهبود بخشد.

تاثیر تمرین استقامتی و مصرف سیر بر گلوتاتیون سرم و برخی شاخصهای آسیب سلولی مردان غیرفعال در پاسخ به یک جلسه فعالیت وامانده ساز
هدف پژوهش: هدف از مطالعهی حاضر بررسی اثر تمرین استقامتی و مصرف سیر بر گلوتاتیون سرم و آنزیمهای لاکتات دی هیدروژناز و کراتین کیناز مردان غیر فعال پس از به یک جلسه فعالیت وامانده ساز بود. روش پژوهش: در این پژوهش 32 مرد سالم غیرفعال و غیرسیگاری با میانگین سنی (1/2±7/25 سال) به صورت تصادفی در چهار گروه (دارونما، سیر، دارونما- تمرین و سیر- تمرین) تقسیم شدند. چهار گروه، به مدت یک ماه، هر روز 500 میلی گرم سیر یا دارونما مصرف کردند. علاوه بر این دو گروه تمرین در مدت یک ماه مصرف مکمل، سه جلسه در هفته به اجرای تمرینات استقامتی برروی نوارگردان پرداختند. شدت تمرین، 75-60 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب و مدت آن 45-30 دقیقه تعیین گردید. هر چهار گروه قبل و 48 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین و مصرف مکمل یک فعالیت وامانده ساز را که پروتکل بروس در نظر گرفته شده بود انجام دادند. در این تحقیق چهار نمونه خونی قبل و بعد از جلسه فعالیت واماندهساز از آزمودنیها به صورت ناشتا گرفته شد. نتایج: تحلیل آماری دادهها، بین مقدار استراحتی گلوتاتیون چهار گروه تفاوت معناداری را نشان نداد. با این حال غلظت گلوتاتیون سرمی در پاسخ به یک جلسه فعالیت وامانده ساز در سه گروه سیر، دارونما- تمرین و سیر- تمرین نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری داشت (001/0=P). سطوح استراحتی لاکتات دهیدروژناز (022/0=P) و کراتین کیناز (001/0=P) در سه گروه نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری داشت. غلظت لاکتات دهیدروژناز و کراتین کیناز سرمی در پاسخ به یک جلسه فعالیت وامانده ساز تحت تأثیر تمرین استقامتی و مصرف سیر قرار نگرفت. نتیجهگیری: تمرین استقامتی و مصرف سیر احتمالاً میتواند با افزایش فعالیت سیستم ضد اکسایشی گلوتاتیونی موجب کاهش آسیب سلولی استراحتی در مردان غیر فعال شود.

تاثیر یک دوره تمرین قدرتی بر غلظت کمرین سرم و مقاومت انسولینی در مردان جوان چاق غیرفعال
هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر یک دوره تمرین قدرتی بر غلظت کمرین سرم و مقاومت انسولینی در مردان جوان چاق غیرفعال بود. روش شناسی: در یک کارآزمایی نیمهتجربی، 21 مرد جوان چاق غیرفعال بطور تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین قدرتی (10 نفر، 3/3 ± 7/26 سال، 5/5 ± 1/96 کیلوگرم، 9/2 ± 2/31 درصد چربی، 8/2 ± 6/32 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) و کنترل (11 نفر، 7/3 ± 1/28 سال، 7/5 ± 7/95 کیلوگرم، 2/3 ± 9/30 درصد چربی، 7/3 ± 1/32 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) تقسیم شدند. وزن، درصد چربی، نمایه توده بدن، سطوح در گردش کمرین، انسولین و گلوکز و شاخص مقاومت انسولینی (HOMA-IR) قبل و پس از دوره تمرین اندازهگیری شد. پروتکل تمرین قدرتی شامل دوازده هفته تمرین با وزنه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با بکارگیری نرمافزار آماری SPSS-16 و با استفاده از آزمونهای t همبسته و مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون صورت گرفت. نتایج: تمرین قدرتی غلظت سرمی کمرین (011/0=P) و انسولین (013/0=P) و HOMA-IR (007/0=P) را بطور معنیداری کاهش داد، اما غلظت گلوکز سرم تغییر معنیداری نیافت. همچنین، تغییرات غلظت کمرین سرم متعاقب تمرین با تغییرات غلظت انسولین سرم (012/0=P، 51/0=r) و HOMA-IR (027/0=P، 52/0=r) همبستگی مستقیم داشت، اما همبستگی معنیداری با تغییرات غلظت گلوکز سرم نشان نداد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد تمرین قدرتی از طریق کاهش سطوح کمرین و انسولین سرم و مقاومت انسولینی میتواند خطر ابتلا به بیماریهای قلبی-عروقی و متابولیکی را در مردان جوان چاق غیرفعال کاهش دهد. بر اساس یافتههای مطالعه حاضر، تغییرات سطوح کمرین سرم متعاقب دوره تمرین قدرتی با تغییرات سطوح انسولین سرم و مقاومت انسولینی همبستگی مستقیم دارد.

هدف تحقیق: هدف از مطالعه حاضر پیش بینی ظرفیتهای هوازی و بی هوازی ورزشکاران نخبه با استفاده از تغییرات نسبی لاکتات در مرحله بافرینگ ایزوکاپنیا بود. روش شناسی: 8 دوچرخه سوار استقامتی و 6 دوچرخه سوار سرعتی نخبه به ترتیب با میانگین سن 29/3±5/22و 33/2±33/21، BMI 97/1±21/24 و 18/1±49/22 در دو جلسه مجزا با فاصله زمانی یک هفته یک آزمون فزاینده استاندارد و یک آزمون فرابیشینه یکنواخت را روی دوچرخه کارسنج تا سر حد واماندگی انجام دادند. در خلال آزمون فزاینده گازهای تنفسی به طور مداوم و نمونه خونی هر سه دقیقه یک بار جهت اندازه گیری لاکتات جمع آوری شد. آستانه لاکتات و آستانه تنفسی جبرانی به ترتیب به عنوان افزایش ناگهانی در نمودار لاکتات – بار کار و معادل تهویه ای دی اکسید کربن تعریف و تعیین شدند. مرحله بافرینگ ایزوکاپنیا به عنوان فاصله بین آستانه لاکتات و آستانه تنفسی جبرانی تعیین گردید. همبستگی بین متغیرها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تعیین و معنی دار بودن تفاوت بین متغیرها با آزمون T- student مشخص گردید. سطح معنی داری برابر با 05/0 انتخاب شد. نتایج: تغییرات نسبی لاکتات در مرحله بافرینگ در گروه سرعتی به طور معنی دار نسبت به گروه استقامتی بالاتر بود (05/0 >P ). همبستگی معنی دار بین تغییرات لاکتات در مرحله بافرینگ و میزان کسر اکسیژن ( 05/0 >P ) و VO2max (05/0 >P ) بدست آمد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: به طور خلاصه نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که تغییرات نسبی لاکتات در مرحله بافرینگ ایزوکاپنیا بین ورزشکاران استقامتی و سرعتی متفاوت میباشد. همچنین همبستگی معنی دار یافت شده بین تغییرات لاکتات در این مرحله با شاخصهای هوازی و بی هوازی مؤید این نکته است که میتوان از این شاخص در جهت پیش بینی ظرفیتهای هوازی و بی هوازی استفاده نمود.

تاثیر سن بر پاسخ غلظت سرمی ویسفاتین ومقاومت به انسولین به یک جلسه فعالیت استقامتی
هدف: هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر سن بر پاسخ سرمی ویسفاتین و مقاومت به انسولین به یک جلسه فعالیت استقامتی بود. روش شناسی: چهل و پنج آزمودنی مرد به سه گروه سنی 15 نفری جوان (20- 30 سال. 9/22BMI:)، میانسال (40-50 سال،9/25:BMI) و مسن (60-70 سال، 4/26:BMI) تقسیم شدند. آزمودنیها در همه گروهها ، پس از تعیین حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی، 30 دقیقه فعالیت را با شدت 60 درصد توان هوازی خود بر روی دوچرخه انجام دادند و متعاقب آن 30 دقیقه ریکاوری غیر فعال داشتند. سه نمونه خونی قبل از فعالیت، بلافاصله بعد از فعالیت و نیز پس از 30 دقیقه گرفته شد و برای اندازهگیری گلوکز، انسولین، اینترلوکین-6 ویسفاتین آنالیز شدند. مقاومت به انسولین نیز با استفاده از غلظت گلوکز و انسولین محاسبه گردید. جهت بررسی اثر سن بر پاسخ فاکتورهای مختلف از آنوای یک راهه مستقل استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین پاسخ سرمی ویسفاتین به فعالیت حاد استقامتی در گروهای سنی تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد (001/0 =P) در حالی که تاثیر سن بر پاسخ گلوکز، انسولین، اینترلوکین -6 و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین به فعالیت معنی دار نبود (05/0P). بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق سن عامل موثری بر پاسخ سرمی ویسفاتین به فعالیت حاد استقامتی میباشد، و اینکه ویسفاتین در کاهش مقاومت به انسولین نقش ندارد بلکه احتمالا از طریق مسیرهای دیگری در تعادل انرژی نقش دارد.

اثر دو هفته تی پر بر سطوح هورمون رشد و کورتیزول پلاسمای خون و عملکرد شناگران زن
هدف : هدف از اجرای تحقیق حاضر، بررسی اثر دو هفته تی پر بر سطح هورمون رشد و کورتیزول خون و عملکرد شناگران زن شهر اراک بود. روش شناسی: در این تحقیق تعداد 30 آزمودنی 12 هفته تحت برنامه تمرینی بیشینه در آب و خشکی قرار گرفتند، سپس به طور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (15n=) و آزمایشی (15n=) تقسیم شدند، گروه کنترل با همان رویه سابق به تمرین ادامه دادند و گروه آزمایشی دوره تی پر 2 هفتهای را گذراندند. در طول دوره تیپر شدت تمرین ثابت ماند اما حجم تمرین کاهش پیدا کرد. در ابتدای دوره تمرین، قبل و پس از اجرای دوره تیپر، آزمون سنجش بیشینه اکسیژن مصرفی، خونگیری به منظور ثبت تغییرات هورمونی(کورتیزول و هورمون رشد) در اثر دوره تیپر و تست گیری از عملکرد( 50 و 100 متر) همه نمونهها انجام گرفت.جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های حاصل، از آزمون آماریt همبسته و مستقل در سطح معناداری (05/0P

تاثیر هیپوکسی تناوبی بر میزان انسولین، گرلین و حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی در بیماران چاق مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2
هدف: قرار گرفتن در معرض ارتفاع و محیط هیپوکسی باعث کاهش وزن و انواع مختلف سازگاریهای اندوکرینی میشود، که کشف مکانیسمهای آن میتواند ابزار جدیدی را برای درمان چاقی و پیشگیری از دیابت در آینده فراهم کند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی اثر هیپوکسی تناوبی بر میزان گرلین سرم ، انسولین ، قند خون حالت ناشتا و حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی افراد چاق مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود. روش شناسی: 10 آزمودنی چاق و مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2، با میانگین شاخص توده بدن 4/2±02/32 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع، و دامنه سنی 50 تا 70 سال، داوطلب شرکت در پژوهش بودند. مداخله شامل 15 جلسه هیپوکسی تناوبی در 15 روز مداوم و در هر روز یک ساعت بود. گرلین ، انسولین و قند خون حالت ناشتا در 3 نوبت (پیش آزمون ، روز هفتم ، و پس آزمون) ، در حالی که BMI و Vo2max در 2 نوبت (پیش و پس آزمون) اندازهگیری شدند. حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی به کمک آزمون تک مرحله ای راه رفتن روی تریدمیل برآورد گردید. غلظت های سرمی گرلین و انسولین به کمک کیت های الایزا اندازه گیری شدند. غلظت گلوکز خون نیز با روش کالری متری مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. جهت بررسی متغیرهای تحقیق از روش های آماری t همبسته ، و آنالایز واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد قرارگیری در معرض هیپوکسی تناوبی کوتاه مدت (7 روز) و میان مدت (15 روز) تاثیر معنی دار بر سطوح سرمی هورمون های گرلین ، انسولین ، گلوکز و همچنین شاخص توده بدن ندارد. اما، تغییرات Vo2max معنی دار بود (002/0= p). نتیجهگیری: یافتههای تحقیق حاضر بیانگر آن است که هیپوکسی تناوبی علیرغم تأثیر مثبت بر Vo2max ، باعث تغییر غلظت هورمونهای انسولین ، گرلین و نمایه توده بدن در افراد دیابتی نمیشود.
