تأثیر انواع موسیقی محرک، آرامبخش و دلخواه بر عملکرد بیشینه و زیربیشینه پسران غیرورزشکار
هدف: موسیقی یکی از عوامل مهم و تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد ورزشی میباشد. در سالهای گذشته تحقیقات زیادی به بررسی تأثیرات موسیقی بر شاخصهای تعیین کننده در ورزش پرداختهاند. با این حال هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر انواع موسیقی بر عملکرد بیشینه و زیربیشینه پسران غیر ورزشکار بود. روش شناسی: در طرح یک گروهی با آزمونهای مکرر 12 پسر غیر ورزشکار در این پژوهش شرکت داشتند. افراد طی چهار هفته، با فاصله زمانی یک هفته استراحت، از هفته اول تا چهارم به ترتیب در شرایط مختلف؛ بدون موسیقی، با موسیقی محرک، موسیقی آرامبخش و موسیقی دلخواه، پروتکل بروس را تا سر حد خستگی انجام دادند. از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر جهت بررسی تفاوت میانگینهای مراحل مختلف پژوهش استفاده گردید. سطح معنیداری (05/0p=) در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد پخش انواع موسیقی در هنگام انجام عملکرد بیشینه در آزمون بروس بر زمان رسیدن به خستگی، حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی و میزان درک فشار تأثیر معنیداری ندارد. همچنین بین آثار هر سه نوع موسیقی بر شاخصهای اندازهگیری شده نیز تفاوت معنیداری دیده نشد. در عملکرد زیربیشینه در مرحله دوم آزمون بروس کاهش معنیداری در میزان درک فشار در هنگام پخش موسیقی محرک و دلخواه مشاهده شد. بحث و نتیجه-گیری: با توجه به یافتههای بدست آمده از این پژوهش و مقایسه آن با نتایج تحقیقات پیشین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که با وجود تأثیرات کمککننده موسیقی در عملکردهای زیر بیشینه، در فعالیتهای که به صورت بیشینه انجام میشود، انواع موسیقی تأثیر قابل توجهای بر شاخصهای تمرینی ندارد.

اثر12 هفته تمرین هوازی بر غلظت گرلین و هورمونهای انسولین، رشد و کورتیزول پلاسمایی و رابطه بین آنها در موشهای نر
هدف: هدف این پژوهش تعیین تغییرات گرلین پلاسما به دنبال12 هفته تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط در موشهای نر صحرایی و همچنین بررسی ارتباط بین تغییرات گرلین تام پلاسما با تغییرات هورمونهای انسولین، رشد وکورتیزول بود. روشها: برای انجام این تحقیق تعداد 20 سر موش به دو گروه کنترل(9=n) و تمرین(11=n) تقسیم شدند. موشهای گروه تمرین به مدت 12 هفته، یک برنامه تمرین استقامتی با شدت متوسط دویدن روی نوارگردان بدون شیب (به مدت 60 دقیقه با سرعتm/min 25 معادل Vo2max%65 برای 5 جلسه در هفته) را اجرا نمودند. بعد از اتمام دوره تمرین و به فاصله 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین نمونههای خون جمع آوری شد و برای اندازهگیری گرلین، گلوکز، انسولین، هورمون رشد و کورتیزول تحلیل شدند. داده-های دو گروه با استفاده از t مستقل مقایسه شدند. نتایج: سطوح گرلین پلاسما در گروه کنترل 85/25±68/86 پیکوگرم بر میلیلیتر بود.این مقدار درگروه تمرین به مقدار41/5±72/59 پیکوگرم بر میلیلیتر کاهش داشت و از نظر آماری معنیدار بود (0001/0>P و 9/6 = t). با این حال، 12 هفته تمرین استقامتی تاثیر معنیداری بر وزن موشها (80/0=p ،258/ 0=t) سطوح گلوکز(262/0=p ،15/1=t)، انسولین(1/0=p , 73/1=t) و هورمون رشد(97/0=p ,75/1- =t) وکورتیزول (084/0=p,82/1- =t) نداشت .نتایج ضریب همبستگی نیز ارتباط معنی داری را بین گرلین وگلوکز، انسولین، هورمون رشد وکورتیزول نشان نداد (05/0p>). بحث و نتیجهگیری : نتیجه پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که 12 هفته دویدن بر روی نوارگردان با شدت متوسط منجر به کاهش معنیدار سطوح پلاسمایی گرلین در موشهای نر صحرایی شد و تاثیر معنیداری بر سطوح متغیرهای دیگر و رابطه بین آنها نشان نداد. میتوان نتیجه گرفت تغییرات گرلین میتواند تابعی از عوامل دیگر مانند مدت و شدت تمرین و ناشتایی همراه با کاهش معنیدار وزن باشد و نیز تغییرات گرلین و هورمون رشد را میتوان مستقل از هم دانست.

مقایسه تاثیر تمرین هوازی در هنگام صبح و عصر بر شاخصهای التهابی خطرزای قلبی- عروقی مردان چاق
هدف: هدف مطالعه حاضر، مقایسه اثر12 هفته تمرین هوازی در هنگام صبح و عصر بر شاخصهای التهابی خطرزای قلبی- عروقی در مردان چاق بود. روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی بود که بدین منظور40 مرد چاق غیر ورزشکار به صورت تصادفی در 4 گروه تمرین صبح عصر، کنترل صبح و عصر قرار گرفتند. گروه های تمرین صبح و عصر پروتکل تمرین هوازی دویدن را سه جلسه در هفته به مدت 12 هفته با شدت 75 تا 85 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب انجام دادند که مدت دویدن در جلسه اول 15 دقیقه و هردو جلسه بصورت پله ای یک دقیقه به زمان دویدن افزوده شد تا اینکه زمان دویدن به 30 دقیقه افزایش یافت، در حالی که گروههای کنترل از انجام برنامه تمرینی در مدت زمان اجرای پژوهش منع شدند. مقدار 5 میلی لیتر خون سیاهرگی در آغاز دوره، هفته ششم و پایان هفته دوازدهم جهت سنجش پروتئین واکنش پذیر C، اینتر لوکین – 6 و فاکتور نکروز دهنده تومور آلفا از آزمودنی ها جمع اوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس عاملی4×3 بوسیله نر مافزار رایانهای SPSS نسخه 15 با در نظر گرفتن سطح معنیداری پنج درصد(5%=α)انجام شد. نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد تمرین هوازی صبحگاهی و عصرگاهی موجب کاهش CRP،IL-6، در گروههای تجربی در مقایسه با گروه-های کنترل شد، همچنین مقادیر تولید شاخصهای التهابی در عصر کمتر از صبح بود(میزان CRP در گروه تمرین عصرگاهی در هفته اول ،ششم و دوازدهم به ترتیب 1/17، 5/10، 87/18 درصد و میزان IL-6 نیز به ترتیب 5/21، 74/16، 32/25 درصد کمتر از گروه تمرین صبحگاهی بود). سطح فاکتور نکروز دهنده تومور آلفا پس از 6 و 12 هفته تمرین در گروههای تجربی در مقایسه با گروههای کنترل کاهش نشان میداد و لی این میزان تغییرات از نظر آماری معنیدار نبود.

تاثیر شش هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان پروتئین گیرنده MC1R مونوسیتها و سطوح پلاسمایی پپتید α-MSH در مردان دارای اضافه وزن
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر 6 هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان پروتئین گیرنده ملانوکورتین 1 مونوسیتها (MC1R) و سطوح پلاسمایی پپتید محرک مونوسیت- آلفا (α-MSH) در مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن انجام شد. روش شناسی: تعداد 20 آزمودنی مرد دارای اضافه وزن (میانگین ± انحراف معیار؛ سن، 88/1± 2/25 سال؛ حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی 28/4±9/41؛ وزن، 74/7±3/85 کیلوگرم؛ چربی بدن، 1/3±6/25 درصد و شاخص توده بدن، 6/1±3/27) به طور داوطلبانه و با آرایش تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (C) و تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIT) تقسیم و در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. گروه C در طول دوره تحقیق به فعالیت عادی روزمره خود ادامه داد. گروه HIT در طول شش هفته پروتکل تمرین، 3 جلسه در هفته روی نوارگردان تمرین کردند. تمرین شامل 8 اینتروال با مسافت 300 متر و با شدت معادل 100 تا 110درصد vVO2max بود که هر دو هفته، 1 اینتروال به حجم آن اضافه شد و فواصل استراحت بین اینتروال ها به صورت استراحت فعال و نسبت آن به زمان تمرین 1:2 تنظیم گردید. شاخصهای آنتروپومتریکی و نمونههای خونی ناشتایی در دو مرحله قبل و 48 ساعت بعد از اتمام پروتکل تحقیق اندازهگیری و ثبت شدند. رژیم غذایی آزمودنیها، قبل از شروع تمرین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل آماری دادهها از تحلیل واریانس مکرر با عامل بین گروهی (2×2) استفاده شد. نتایج: تحلیل واریانس مکرر نشان داد 6 هفته تمرین HIT باعث کاهش معنیداری در وزن بدن (002/0P=)، BMI (005/0P=) و چربی بدن (001/0P=) شد؛ همچنین بیان پروتئین MC1R مونوسیت-ها متعاقب تمرین HIT افزایش معنیداری نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان داد (001/0P=) اما در غلظت پلاسمایی پپتید محرک مونوسیت- آلفا متعاقب تمرین HIT تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نگردید (56/0P=). بحث و نتیجهگیری: این یافتهها نشان داد که تمرین HIT باعث افزایش معنیداری در بیان پروتئین MC1R مونوسیتها در مردان جوان و غیرفعال میشود؛ و ممکن است در کنترل و پیشگیری التهاب مزمن و بیماری در مردان دارای اضافه وزن از طریق تاثیر ضد التهابی گیرنده MC1R مونوسیتها درگیر باشد. علاوه بر این به تحقیقات بیشتری در این زمینه نیاز است.

مقایسه تأثیر کوتاه مدت مصرف کافئین با ایبوپروفن بر حداکثر تکرار و شاخصهای درک فشار و درد در فعالیتهای قدرتی در مردان ورزشکار
هدف: در پژوهش حاضر تأثیر مصرف کوتاه مدت کافئین و ایبوپروفن بر شاخصهای درک درد (PPI)، درک فشار (RPE)، حداکثر تعداد تکرار (RM) و ضربان قلب (HR) در تمرینات قدرتی مقایسه شد. روش شناسی: برای این منظور، در یک تحقیق دوسویهکور، 15 مرد دانشگاهی (سن: 2±26 سال) شرکت کردند. هر جلسه تمرینی شامل چهار حرکت خم کردن آرنج، پرس سینه، خم کردن زانو و بازکردن زانو بود. آزمودنیها در سه جلسه تمرینی مجزا یک ساعت پس از مصرف کافئین(6 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم)، ایبوپروفن(400 میلیگرم) و یا دارونما به انجام تمرین پرداختند و در این تمرین آزمودنیها از هر حرکت سه دوره با شدت 12 تکرار بیشینه انجام دادند و در پایان هر دور تمرینی و نیز پس از پایان هر حرکت تمرینی، میزان RPE، PPI با استفاده از مقیاس های مربوطه و RM و HR اثبت شد. دادههای جمع آوری شده با روش آماری تحلیل واریانس(ANOVA) با اندازهگیریهای مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که مصرف کافئین در مقایسه با دارونما و ایبوپروفن باعث افزایش معنیدار در HR (باز کردن زانو و پرس سینه)، RM (درتمام حرکات) شد و از طرفی کاهش معنیدار RPE (خم کردن آرنج، پرسسینه، خمکردن زانو) و PPI(خمکردن آرنج، پرسسینه، خمکردن زانو) را سبب شد(05/0>P). ایبوپروفن نیز تنها باعث افزایش میزان PPI در حرکت بازکردن زانو شد(05/0>P) و در دیگر حرکات تأثیر معنیداری نداشت (05/0>P). بحث و نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه، مصرف کوتاه مدت کافئین عملکرد تمرینی را به طور معنیداری بهبود میبخشد، اما ایبوپروفن چنین اثری ندارد.

مقایسه تاثیر زمان روز بر عملکرد تعادلی سالمندان
هدف: سالمندی پدیدهای است که میتوان آن را مرحلهای از سیر طبیعی زندگی انسان انگاشت. طی کهولت سن، تغییراتی در کلیه اعضای بدن رخ میدهد که سبب افزایش اختلال در حفظ تعادل میشود که در این میان چرخه شبانه روزی بیتاثیر نیست. بنابراین حفظ و ارتقاء زندگی سالمندان به عنوان یک گروه جمعیتی آسیبپذیر بیش از گذشته مورد توجه است. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه تاثیر تمرینات تعادلی در صبح و بعدازظهر بر تعادل ایستا و پویای سالمندان میباشد. روششناسی: در این پژوهش نیمه تجربی (n=24) سالمند سالم بدون سابقه ورزشی منظم (سن 5/5±68.7 سال، قد0.82±1.6 متر، وزن 8.9±68.4 کیلوگرم) بصورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آزمودنیها به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه صبح (n=6) و بعدازظهر (n=6) تقسیم شدند و به مدت 8 هفته تحت تمرینات تعادلی قرار گرفتند. برای ارزیابی تعادل ایستای آزمودنیها از آزمون تعادل ایستادن تک پا و برای برآورد تعادل پویای آزمودنیها از آزمون تعادل ستاره استفاده شد. محاسبات آماری با استفاده از از آزمون –T جفت شده و –T مستقل در سطح 5 درصد توسط نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 20 انجام گردید (0.05p)، بحث و نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش، تمرینات تعادلی در بعدازظهر نسبت به صبح بر تعادل ایستا تاثیر معناداری نداشت، همچنین تفاوت معناداری در حفظ تعادل پویای آزمودنیها در زمانهای اجرای آزمون مشاهده نشد، به طوری که حفظ تعادل پویا در عصر بهتر از صبح نشان دهنده تفاوت چندانی نبود. لذا زمان خاصی برای بهبود تعادل سالمندان مشخص نگردید.

تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی دایرهای بر غلظت سرمی واسپین و شاخص مقاومت انسولینی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2
مقدمه: مقاومت انسولینی در پاتولوژی دیابت نقش مهمی دارد. واسپین، آدیپوکین جدیدی است که در افزایش حساسیت انسولین و بهبود تحمّل گلوکز نقش دارد. اطلاعات اندکی در مورد تأثیر تمرین منظم ورزشی به ویژه تمرین مقاومتی بر غلظت واسپین وجود دارد. از اینرو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی دایرهای بر غلظت پلاسمایی واسپین، شاخص مقاومت انسولینی و ارتباط آنها در مردان بزرگسال مبتلا به بیماری دیابت نوع 2 میباشد. روش شناسی: 18 مرد بزرگسال مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 (سن 73/7 ± 50/48 سال، وزن 60/12±41/79 کیلوگرم) به طور تصادفی به گروههای تجربی (تعداد 10 نفر) و کنترل (تعداد 8 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی در برنامه تمرین مقاومتی (3 روز در هفته، برای 8 هفته) با شدت 50 تا 80 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه شرکت کردند. نمونهگیری خون قبل و بعد از دوره تمرینی در حالت ناشتا 12 ساعته انجام شد و سطوح واسپین، گلوکز، انسولین و شاخص مقاومت انسولینی با روش الایزا اندازهگیری شدند. پس از سنجش متغیرها و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از آزمون t مشخص شد که: نتایج: پس از 8 هفته تمرین مقاومتی، سطوح گلوکز، انسولین و مقاومت به انسولین در گروه تمرین مقاومتی نسبت به گروه کنترل، بهطور معناداری کاهش یافتند (مقدار p به ترتیب برابر با 040/0، 021/0 و 011/0). در حالیکه غلظت سرمی واسپین در گروه تمرین مقاومتی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تغییر معناداری نشان نداد (380/0p=). هم-چنین ارتباط معناداری بین غلظت سرمی واسپین و گلوکز، انسولین و شاخص مقاومت انسولینی در بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که تمرین مقاومتی دایرهای میتواند به عنوان یک عامل موثر در بهبود حساسیت انسولینی در بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 بهکار گرفته شود.

هدف: کراتین و گلوتامین از جمله مکملهایی هستند که بر سوخت و ساز پروتئین نقش دارند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه دو روش مکملگیری کراتین و کراتین-گلوتامین بر برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی و آنتروپومتریکی کشتیگیران نخبه بود. روششناسی: بدین منظور 36 کشتیگیر استان مازندران به صورت داوطلب انتخاب و به سه گروه همگن 12 نفره مصرفکننده کراتین (تجربی 1)، مصرفکننده کراتین-گلوتامین (تجربی 2) و دارونما (کنترل) تقسیم شدند. و در یک طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون، ویژگیهای آنتروپومتریکی (وزن، درصد چربی بدن و شاخص توده بدن) و فیزیولوژیکی (قدرت بیشینه، اوج و میانگین توان و کل کار انجام شده) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از آزمونهای کلوموگروف–اسمیرنوف و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه در سطح معنیداری 05/0p< به ترتیب برای بررسی نرمالیته توزیع نمونهها و مقایسه اختلاف میانگین بینگروهی استفاده شد.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد بین اثر مکملگیری در گروه کراتین و کراتین-گلوتامین با گروه کنترل در متغیر قدرت بیشینه تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (04/0 p=) ولی بین دو گروه کراتین و کراتین-گلوتامین تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد(60/0 p=). همچنین در سایر متغیرها نیز بین آزمودنیهای سه گروه تفاوت معنیداری وجود ندشت. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به عدم تاثیر مصرف مکملهای کراتین و کراتین-گلوتامین بر شاخصهای عملکردی (اوج توان، میانگین توان و کل کار انجام شده) و ساختاری (وزن، شاخص توده بدنی و درصد چربی بدن) کشتیگیران، با توجه به اثرات احتمالی سوء مصرف این مکملها و مصرف بیرویه و غیر اصولی آنها توسط ورزشکاران توصیه میشود در مصرف آنها احتیاط لازم بعمل آید.
